One of our most popular energy demonstrations/labs!  A motor provides the work to lift three penguins, one at a time, up the set of stairs.  At the top, gravitational potential energy is transformed into kinetic and thermal energies as the penguins glide down the slide.  Also use as an analogy for DC circuits.  Requires 2 C cells (not included.) See Tips and Activities for lab sheet.
